This HR conference aims to provide our member companies with up-to-date information about the latest HR trends and challenges, as well as an in-depth review of the wage and salary developments of their employees in the northeast region. The "Labor Market & Salary Report 2022/2023" represents our benchmark publication for 2022 and examines the current developments in China's job market, as well as provides a forecast for 2023.

We aim to create an exchange platform for both HR and non-HR executives and professionals in German and Chinese business communities. Since 2016, the German Chamber of Commerce in China has been partnering with Direct HR for the elaboration of its annual Labor Market and Salary Report. Mr. Cardona has been the Project Manager from Direct HR’S side in a coordinated effort with the German Chamber of Commerce in China.
